Selenium Cruciferate from Ecological Formulas is a scientifically designed plant-based source of the essential trace mineral selenium. Indian mustard greens assimilate and metabolize selenium into bioavailable Se compounds, most notable Se- methylselenocysteine (Se-MSC), and other bioavailable selenoamino acids and phytochelatins. Hydroponically grown Indian mustard is also a rich source isothiocyanates, sulfurophanes, and naturally occurring antioxidants. This product is free of corn, wheat, yeast, and other common food allergens.
